FAQ

Common questions about our products, partnerships, and operations

Company & Services

What services does Qijie Tech provide?
We deliver integrated IoT solutions including software development for shared power banks, wheelchairs, care beds, and amusement QR payment — covering device integration, mini apps, admin panels, payments, deployment, and operations.
Do you only provide software, or hardware integration as well?
We offer full-stack delivery. Our team builds the software platform in-house and supports integration with mainstream cabinets, lock controllers, and communication modules, or works with your existing hardware vendor.
Do you support international markets?
Yes. We can provide bilingual systems and help integrate overseas payment methods and deployment options. Contact us via WhatsApp or email on the English site for proposals.

Products & Solutions

What modules are included in a shared power bank system?
A typical stack includes user mini app, operations admin, merchant portal, device communication and dispatch, orders and payments, analytics, and monitoring. Modules can be tailored to project scale.
How do wheelchairs/care beds differ from power bank systems?
The core flow is similar, but billing rules, deposit policies, department/zone management, and geofencing differ by scenario. We customize workflows and admin capabilities accordingly.
How does gift or amusement machine QR payment work?
Users scan a code on a gift, claw, or amusement machine. After payment, the platform starts it through a gateway, controller board, or relay. The backend supports multi-location operations, merchant settlement, monitoring, and revenue reporting.
Is on-premise deployment supported?
Yes. Choose public cloud SaaS or private/on-prem deployment based on compliance, intranet access, or dedicated operations requirements.

Partnership & Delivery

How long does it take from kickoff to go-live?
Standard projects typically take 4–12 weeks, depending on device volume, custom features, payment integration, and acceptance criteria. Standardized packages can ship faster.
How can I get a quote?
Submit your requirements via the contact form, or call/email us directly. We will provide a proposal and quote based on device scale, feature scope, and deployment model.
Do you deliver source code?
Source code delivery depends on the contract. SaaS subscriptions typically use platform licensing; private deployment projects can include negotiated source code and IP terms.

Operations & Support

Do you provide post-launch operations support?
Yes — 24/7 monitoring and alerts, OTA updates, troubleshooting, and continuous improvements. Annual maintenance agreements are available.
What if devices go offline or payments fail?
The platform monitors online status and raises alerts. Payment flows support reconciliation and retries. Our ops team helps diagnose communication, hardware, or third-party payment issues.
Can we add new business lines later?
Yes. Our architecture supports multiple device categories on one platform, so you can extend device types, billing rules, and ops modules without rebuilding from scratch.
